At HandWoven Beauty, we take pride in creating handcrafted garments made from high-quality textile materials. Because of the delicate craftsmanship of our products, we currently offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds for returned items.
To help ensure the best fit, we strongly encourage customers to review our size chart carefully before placing an order. For dresses, you may also provide your exact body measurements for improved sizing accuracy.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund in cases of order mistakes or changes of mind.
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for all eligible products under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs to our distribution center
- Shipping fees for the replacement item
To request an exchange, please email us at with your order number and reason for exchange. Our virtual customer care team will assist you in finding the best size replacement.
For Filipiniana Dresses, Pinilian, and Barong Coats:
- ₱3000 re-stocking fee
- ₱300 delivery charge for the replacement item
Once the applicable fees are settled, we will ship the replacement item to your address.
Custom-Sized Orders
Custom-sized items are non-refundable. However, exchanges are allowed if the sizing is incorrect. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend choosing from our standard size chart, which has a 99% fitting accuracy rate for most customers.
